Women's Health & Community Education
Uplevel your baby shower, blessing way or intentional circle to reclaim your health sovereignty through educational gatherings and ceremonies focused on needs of women's body in the postpartum period and all phases of life. Includes teaching on specific nutritional needs, body care, recipes, hands on instruction, ritual and completion of a postpartum plan with your community's involvement to ensure you have the support needed when you need it most.
Plant Dye Experiential Workshops
Host a community art experience with hands-on learning to create beautiful, one of a kind pieces for mama and the baby, connect to the alchemical metaphor of plant dying as a teacher and tool for your own transformation, make sacred and give new life to meaningful heirlooms.
